STUBBY’S 12 POINT GUIDE TO COOKING NUGGETS
There’s no hiding it. We think the world of Stubby. He’s just so damn talented. Not only can he draw crazy as beards, get chicks to pay actual money to go out with him, but he can cook too! You might think that the art of cooking nuggets is quite basic, and that there is little skill involved. Well, you’re wrong. Stubby is going to enlighten you on the DOs and DON’Ts of perfecting this tasty treat. And whilst after watching this short clip, you may find that this particular batch of nugs falls into the DON’T column, it’s each to their own, because somewhere out there, there is someone that loves nuggets with oyster sauce, peanut butter, satay, baby capers and parsley. And just because that someone is a freak doesn’t mean that they can’t enjoy what they believe to be a delicious and flavoursome dish.
STEP 1: They must be homebrand. Don’t get Inghams, don’t get Steggles. They must be homebrand. Don’t go to McDonald’s. Don’t be a chubby boy.
STEP 2: Now we have them on the plate, we’ve unravelled them, they’re on the plate. Some people say go straight into the oven. I say we go to the microwave – we make them soft – soft like my bottom.
STEP 3: Editor’s note: Stubby forgot step 3.
STEP 4: Editor’s note: Stubby forgot step 4.
STEP 5: Okay step 5, we get our peanut butter – crunchy. We only put it on a select few, just as a nice condiment.
STEP 6: Put them on the pan evenly.
STEP 7: Editor’s note: Stubby forgot step 7.
STEP 8: You must wear oven mits. Especially a crocodile one.
STEP 9: Make sure you keep an eye on the nuggets, because I fuckin’ didn’t.
STEP 10: Okay before you dish up, always put a nugget in your pocket, save it for later you know.
STEP 11: Now we plate up, we make it presentable, we make it look nice if you’re trying to impress a girl, or your mum, or your dad – especially my dad, he’s hot.
STEP 12: Try and eat the nuggets without chucking.
