A day soaked in sweaty pits is one way to describe Saturday. But it was worth it, isn’t it always? Oh Laneway, the things we do for you. It must be love. Highlights include: the man who called the tree his home for two hours – solid effort, Korean twisty fires – potentially the crowd favourite for the day, and of course the acts – SBTRKT you may have been late, but you were well worth the wait. You were all worth the wait. Oh Laneway, you’re so special, you’re different to the other festivals. How can we go a whole year without you? I guess we’ll just have to look at these snaps from time to time and remember what was, and hope that when we meet again you haven’t turned into an obnoxious twat of a festival. Oh Laneway, please never change. You’re the one.
